In our “Parkside” restaurant, we focus on quality rather than quantity – and this is where you come in.
This is your sphere of activity
- Culinary responsibility: You manage our kitchen independently and prepare fresh dishes for our hotel restaurant (half board and selected menu).
- Organization & management: From goods receipt to warehousing to costing, you maintain a complete overview.
- Quality assurance: Compliance with HACCP standards is a matter of course for you, as is an eye for the appealing presentation of the dishes.
What you bring with you
- Foundation: Completed training as a chef and (initial) experience in a managerial role or as a sole chef.
- Love for the product: You are passionate about working with fresh, regional food (e.g. heather potatoes or trout from the region).
- Personality: You work in a structured manner, are reliable and keep a cool head even when the place is busy.
- Flexibility: Working at weekends and on public holidays is part of the job – in return we offer you fair and reliable working hours.
