In good weather the terrace is a lovely spot for breakfast, coffee or dinner outdoors. After your meal, our wine and cocktail lounge “Manhattan Club” invites you to another drink in a calm, cosy atmosphere — the perfect end to a day in Bad Bevensen.
We ask for early reservations, especially at weekends and for external guests. We take reservations by phone — so you receive an immediate, binding confirmation.

At Restaurant Parkside, hotel guests — and, by prior arrangement, external guests too — enjoy fresh, unpretentious cuisine. Alongside a small fixed menu we offer changing dishes built around seasonal produce and regional specialities. The day begins with a generous breakfast buffet: fresh bread, cold cuts and cheese, muesli and fruit, scrambled eggs and warm components, plus coffee and tea as much as you like — in peace and with a view of the park.
Many of our guests choose half board — and for good reason: after a day at the baths, on a bike or out walking, you do not want to worry in the evening but simply eat well. With us you choose from several changing main courses, so there is something for every taste. The food comes fresh from the kitchen, the portions are honest, and the service has time for you. Dinner thus becomes the relaxed conclusion of a fulfilling holiday day.
We pay attention to where our ingredients come from. Where possible we rely on produce from the Lüneburg Heath and the immediate surroundings — from potatoes and vegetables to fish, meat and game in season. You can taste it, and it keeps the distances short. Vegetarian guests are not short-changed either: we treat meat-free dishes as a full main course, not a side.
